    What a lovely day! We set off at a relaxed pace this morning, heading towards Akaroa via the “Scenic Route” — a slight detour, but absolutely worth it. The views were stunning, dodging cows strolling across the road. Classic rural New Zealand! Things to do 1. Take the Scenic Route…
